Enhancing your service
We’ve been busy keeping our promise to provide you with more support – making sure you get support faster and have access to more tech gurus and specialists.
Our awesome team have been working to unlock ways you can get more out of your service, and we’re excited to share with you two great new services now available to you. These two enhancements will be a part of your current service contracts with CodeBlue Australia, active from 9 November 2020.
CodeBlue @home
Yes, you read that correctly. You’ll now get IT business support while working at home as part of your service with us.
With so many of you moving to hybrid or mobile working – and many still working from home – we know IT support and service shouldn’t be confined to the four walls of your office. Your work can be anywhere, and so should your support.
This service is available to you at no additional charge and no sign-up is required to take part.
Extended hours and more technicians
With flexible ways of working, you may also need us outside 9 – 5 and when you’re online. That’s why we have expanded our team and introduced new service locations to provide longer hours of support.
With service technicians now available to you in Australia, New Zealand and our new service centre in the Philippines, we can provide you with a more reliable, flexible and resilient service. This means your calls and requests get answered faster and issues are resolved quicker.
From 9 November, we’ll be online to support you 7am until 7pm AEST Monday to Friday.
Although our service locations have changed, our commitment to the safety of your business, data and security has not. We will continue to maintain protocols and processes surrounding the safety and confidentiality of your data.
These two enhancements to your service are just the start of our commitment to providing the highest quality service possible. As your business evolves, we will continue to evolve our services to support you and your business.
