As a senior manager with over 20 years experience, Ken heads up Managed Services at CodeBlue and works hard every day to meet our customer needs. He leads our customer Service Desk, Internal Platforms, and our Customer Success Teams. Ken has held a variety of roles during his career, from Operations to Technical Delivery Teams, Product Innovation and Ownership to Robotics and Automation, he feels that to stand still is to move backwards and is constantly looking for ways to improve what we do and how we deliver. With a passion for our people and customers in equal measure, Ken loves building high performance business units where strong culture and delivery are paramount.
Vipin is one of our most trusted advisors and leads a team of solution consultants who help our customers innovate and solve business problems with technology solutions. Vipin also oversees product and solution development, consulting and technical strategy. With over 15 years of experience working with mid to enterprise-scale businesses, government entities, and non-profit organisations, Vipin brings a wealth of technical and business knowledge to his position. He has honed his strategic and lateral thinking skills and has a talent for finding purposeful, effective, and cost-efficient ICT solutions that help businesses achieve their goals.
Leading marketing, Vicki is all about you; the customer. Her strategic leadership and customer-first approach helps us continuously innovate all things Blue. Ensuring we’re putting our best foot forward in the market. brings with her over 20 years’ marketing, strategy, insights and corporate communications experience. Many of which have been within the IT, services and technology sectors. Before she was our marketing guru, Vicki held positions at Volante, and has held several senior positions with our sister company FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia.
Dominika is our legal and compliance guru. From contracts and compliance to operational and strategic guidance, Dominika manages our legal and compliance function. She’s also our Company Secretary! An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Dominika’s 15-year career includes senior management roles in top-tier legal practices and multinational organisations. Her diverse skill set gives her a unique edge, with extensive experience in prior legal roles including positions with St Vincent’s Health Australia, DXC Technology and most recently as chief legal officer of Pizza Hut Australia. She’s passionate about providing commercially pragmatic legal advice in a rapidly changing business environment.
